I grew up in Scottsville Kentucky on the family farm in the southern part of Allen County. I was raised on a dairy farm and learned early in life the value of hard work. I still live there, with my wife of 42 years Terry Elaine, in the house my great grandfather lived as a sharecropper in the 1940’s. We have one son, a daughter in law, and one granddaughter who actually hung the moon! I grew up in the pest control business as well. My father started his career at Guarantee Pest Control in 1957. I followed in his footsteps by working summers in 1973 at the age of 16. I loved the job and made it my lifelong career. I enjoy riding my Harley, golf, shooting and spending time on the farm. The truth is work is just as much fun as playing to me as long as you are with people you love. I also enjoy being involved in local charity events. To my knowledge I am the youngest person to ever pass the Kentucky State pest control exam. I was 18 at the time.
